Customers can cancel an order anytime BEFORE it ships and a tracking number is already in the system.

The customer has 7 days after the item has been received to ship it back (unopened) to us at their cost. If the customer is facing an issue related to an error in DS Laboratories shipping department, such as the wrong item was shipped or a missing item, they must contact DS Laboratories within 7 days of receipt to report the missing/wrongful item.
The Customer must write in to request Return Number Authorization
The customer must pay for return shipping for canceling any subscription order after it has been shipped. Subscription options are made very clear on the website to avoid confusion.
We do not accept returns due to the customer being unsatisfied with the product. We sell cosmetic dermatology treatments (not cures) and make no guarantees on any products to work for specific customers. We strongly suggest and advise that treatments start taking effect within 60-90 days of continuous use.
Returns are NOT accepted for any international order.
Please be sure to read the product ingredients to ensure you do not have allergies to the product/s you are purchasing. DS Laboratories is NOT responsible for any allergic reactions you may have with our product. We do not accept returns due to allergic reactions to our products.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
All products are shipped with 2-4 days.
